Help and support

Last updated 8 September 2026

The short answers to the things people ask most. If yours is not here, write to support@komunti.com.

Creating an account

You can sign up with an email address and a password, or with your Google or Apple account. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same button to sign back in — there is no password on that account to reset.

Joining a community

Browse the catalogue, open a community, and join. A free community lets you in immediately, unless its creator reviews requests first. A paid community asks for a payment method and starts your membership as soon as the payment succeeds.

Free trials

Some creators offer a free trial. You enter a payment method when the trial starts, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the countdown and the first charge date are both shown on the community's Billing page. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged. A trial can be used once per member per community.

Seeing what you pay

Open the community and go to Billing. It shows your current plan, the next renewal date and amount, every invoice issued to you, and any credit balance you hold.

Stopping a subscription

Billing has a cancel control. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut your access off. You keep everything until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you can resume renewal from the same screen at any time before then.

Asking for a refund

There is no refund button, on purpose: a person reads every request. Email support@komunti.com and read the Refund and Cancellation Policy first — it says what is covered, how long we take, and what happens to your access.

Notifications

Komunti sends in-app notifications, and email or mobile push for the things you have turned on. You control them from your notification settings, and turning off a channel never affects billing email — receipts and failed-payment warnings are always sent.

Changing the language

The language control in the header changes the whole interface and remembers your choice on this browser. It does not translate what members have written: a community's posts, lessons and messages stay in the language they were written in.

Getting paid as a creator

Open your community's Settings and add a payout method. You will be asked which country your bank account is in and then handed to our payments provider to verify your identity and collect your bank details — we never see or store them. Once verified, earnings are transferred on a regular cycle and the Settings screen shows your balances and every transfer.

Something is wrong

If you cannot sign in, a payment failed, or a page is broken, write to support@komunti.com and say what you were doing when it happened. Account closure requests go to the same address.
